Now the standard has had time to settle into this sector of the industry we felt we should put our systems & knowledge to the test and go for this accreditation. We always felt we had good and robust systems in place to best serve the industry and achieving this helps our customers to better justify choosing us for their frozen fruit and vegetable requirements. If you are audited against Issue 7 of BRC you will comply with the new agents and brokers clause.
It would have been a little disconcerting had we not passed due to the wealth of knowledge and experience we have gained over the last 40 years and the commitment to systems staffing and technical we have invested in.
