Heat a pan with a little sesame oil.
Once almost smoking throw in your mixed vegetables, diced garlic and ginger. (keep mangetout back)
After a couple of minutes add your mangetout, a generous squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Finish with a heaped tablespoon of honey and a handful of sesame seeds.
You can add some pre blanched noodles to this or even some white rice and garnish with sliced spring onions.
